Initial keys are available free of charge to tenants, pursuant to their lease. Extra keys will be made as requested at a nominal charge. Additional locks or requests for lock changes are charged back to the tenant on a time and materials basis, plus an additional 10% management fee. Tenants should not place any additional locks on their doors without prior written approval from the Property Management Office.
